Is Tuzgu really free?
Yes. QR menu and POS features are completely free for now. We may offer packages with extra features in the future and will inform existing users in advance.
How do I get started?
Just fill in the demo request form. Our team will contact you, open your account and help you enter your menu.
Do guests need to download an app?
No. When guests scan the QR code with their phone camera, the menu opens directly in the browser.
Do I need special hardware for the POS?
No. Use the browser on the phone, tablet or computer you already have.
Is the Tuzgu receipt a fiscal document?
No. Tuzgu receipts are informational only. Keep using your cash register (ÖKC) or e-Archive system for legal receipts and invoices.
Is my data safe?
Your data is hosted in Türkiye and transmitted over encrypted connections; passwords are stored irreversibly and every business's data is kept separate.
